Aspiring to devote love, Raising Hope annually organizes “Tet Am” event with the sole purpose of paying a visit, encouraging, and giving gifts to cancer survivors in Hue City in the name of encouraging patients both physically and mentally during the last day of the year.
The “Tet Am” in 2024 includes 2 activities:
On January 19th 2024, we gave 90 presents to children at the Hematology – Oncology Department of the Pediatric Center, Hue Central Hospital. On February 2th of 2024, we handed over gifts to disadvantaged patients that are being treated at the Oncology Department, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. At noon on February 19th of 2024, Tet Am was taken place at the Department of Pediatric Oncology – Hematology, Hue Central Hospital. Starting from the proposal of the late musician Trinh Cong Son’s family, along with the contributions of sponsors sent to Raising Hope, 90 gifts were received and our members brought back the happy smiles on the children. Hopefully, this support will somehow help these young warriors get closer to a happy and reunited Tet.
On this occasion, Raising Hope would like to express our gratitude to our sponsors and especially the family of the late musician Trinh Cong Son for trusting and joining hands with the group on the journey to support and bring joy to cancer survivors.Raising Hope’s mission of connecting and spreading love still has many ways to go. The close companionship of teachers and benefactors has become a great motivational source to help us complete our destiny of building a bonding love bridge.
