On October 17th, members of Raising Hope had a visit to Doan Van H’s house. He is 22 years old, and he is suffering from lung cancer. Unfortunately, his father just died from a sickness. Doan Van H becomes the only person for his whole family to depend on during this hard time. His mother is also suffering from sickness, so she can only do some easy jobs; his sister is majoring in accounting at business school, however, she may have to quit her study. Knowing his difficult background, we donated food, water, and some necessary items to help H and his family get through the flood disaster.
