Trang Tran is a 4th-year medical student of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy who had a short-term volunteer and cultural exchange in England last summer.
This activity is a part of Raising Hope’s plan which purpose is encouraging medical students to open their mind, earn knowledge and create a strong connection with international friends.
“I realized that whenever I broaden my cultural horizons, I inevitably learn new ways to approach existing problems, new ways of looking at the world. This travel expands my mind in the way that I probably wouldn’t expect. I learned to be thankful for everything I do have rather than be unhappy about what I don’t have.”- she said.
Raising Hope is willing to support medical students taking their dreams and we expect to have more and more exchange trips in the future.
